Welcome to Highland of Edinburgh, a mature, established neighborhood nestled in Brooklyn Park. Our neighborhood boasts on community and nature.
Highland of Edinburgh has access to multiple parks and plenty of walking and biking trails, perfect for the whole family. Serene landscaping and beautiful homes lined with sidewalks add to the inviting community feel. This is why we love calling Highland of Edinburgh our home!
The association is governed by Bylaws and Policies that are available for review on this site.
Our Neighborhood
Our homes are located south of Hwy 610 and west of Noble Parkway. The Highlands of Edinburgh was established in September 1986. Our neighborhood has 168 homes, one pond, eight cul-de-sacs, and a common area along Noble Parkway.
