Welcome to Highland of Edinburgh, a mature, established neighborhood nestled in Brooklyn Park. Our neighborhood boasts on community and nature.
Highland of Edinburgh has access to multiple parks and plenty of walking and biking trails, perfect for the whole family. Serene landscaping and beautiful homes lined with sidewalks add to the inviting community feel. This is why we love calling Highland of Edinburgh our home!
The association is governed by Bylaws and Policies that are available for review on this site.
Our Neighborhood
Our homes are located south of Hwy 610 and west of Noble Parkway. The Highlands of Edinburgh was established in September 1986. Our neighborhood has 168 homes, one pond, eight cul-de-sacs, and a common area along Noble Parkway.
Upcoming Meetings
If you are a homeowner and would like to participate please Contact Us with your address to request meeting entry information. After confirmation of your status as a homeowner meeting information will be provided.
- Board Meetings are typically held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
- Next board meeting is Tuesday, May 28

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of five to seven volunteer members. The Board meets monthly to discuss current issues and review homeowner requests. There is also an Annual Association Meeting each spring which updates all homeowners on the finances and business of the association.
Homeowners are encouraged to join the board.

**WE ARE ALWAYS SEEKING NEW MEMBERS**
Association Dues
Homeowners pay association dues which are charged annually at the beginning of the calendar year. Dues cover expenses related to:
- upkeep of islands/cul-de-sacs
- landscape along Noble Parkway
- maintenance of mailbox posts
- preparation and collection of dues
- annual meeting coordination
An association newsletter is issued three times a year to inform homeowners of current information.
