Association Dues
Homeowners pay association dues which are charged annually at the beginning of the calendar year. Dues cover expenses related to:
- Upkeep of islands/cul-de-sacs
- Landscape along Noble Parkway
- Maintenance of mailbox posts
- Preparation and collection of dues
- Annual meeting coordination.
Paying Your Association Dues
Submitting Payment via QR Code
- Scan the Code - Open your phone's camera or QR scanner app and point it at the QR code.
- Tap the Link - Click the notification or link that appears.
- Enter Payment Details - Fill in your payment info, add your address in the "What's this for" and review the amount.
- Confirm and Pay - Submit the payment and save the receipt.
Submitting Payment via Check
- Check Payable To - Highlands of Edinburgh 2nd Homeowners Association.
- Memo Line - Add your address in the memo line.
