Need approval for an upcoming project?

Thank you for informing the Highlands of Edinburgh Second Association committee of future changes you’re hoping to make to your residence!  You are welcome to complete the Architectural Change Committee (ACC)’s Application for Architectural or Landscaping Form to request approval by one of the following ways: 

Review the Association Policy Manual

Before submitting, make sure you review our Policy Manual, located in Association Documents, to learn what changes are recommended and what changes are/are not allowed.  After submitting, please allow at least two weeks for a response and note that sending requests by mail may take longer for approval. 

Submit online or via regular mail:

Submit the Change Form online and then email your accompanying documents to the board at board@highlandsofedinburgh2ndassoc.com.  

OR

Submit via mail by downloading and printing the Change Form below. Complete the form and mail it with accompanying documents to the following address:

Is your property in compliance with association guidelines?

Spring WalkThroughs

 Each spring and fall, members of our Architectural Control Committee do a walk through of the association neighborhood to confirm there are no conflicts with property maintenance or additions as stipulated in our association policies.


The policy manual is available via the Association Documents section of this website.
